Dr. Derek Kramer, OD
Dr. Derek D. Kramer graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2015 with clinical and academic honors. He received the awards for clinical excellence in pediatrics at the Eye Institute and the Blanchard award for excellence in contact lens design. He completed clinical rotations at Charles Griffen Family Eye Care in Malvern, PA, Kay Tabas and Niknam Ophthalmology Associates in Philadelphia, PA, and Einstein Ophthalmology in Philadelphia. Durin ghis clinical externships Dr. Kramer gained valuable experienc ein the management and treatment of ocular disease using the latest in diagnostics and contact lens technologies. He diagnoses and medically treats all eye disease, performs eye health and vision exams, prescribes glasses, and fits all types of contact lenses.
Dr. Kramer is a central PA native. He graduated from Big Spring High School and Juniata College where he played four years of collegiate football. He currently resides in Carlisle with his wife Kara.
